A delightful mohair hand puppet - Sooty with the original Chad Valley label.
 
Sooty measures, from bottom to top of his head 9" (23cm)
 
He is in play-worn condition.
 
He has received some TLC and has been given a new pair of vintage Amber and black glass eyes, which were perhaps removed in the past by a safety conscious parent.
 
A loose seam at the front of his neck has been resewn.
 
A couple of stitches were added to the top of his original stitched nose and his
 
His Rexine paw pads had a little touch up of simulated and colour matched coating.
 
This Sooty is in fair to good condition for his age.
