BWB Creations

Please note that Blinkley Wood Bear creations are designed and created for The Collector using traditional methods. Therefore they are only suitable for those aged 14 years plus.

Colours

I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of my products that appear on this site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, I cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

Delivery

I will aim to send your package within 3 working days of you placing and paying for your order.  It will be sent via Royal Mail, 2nd class signed for. I will then send you your tracking number.  I cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the  Delivery Company

International Delivery

Please note, due to Brexit,  items sent overseas may incur import duty charges. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer to be paid to the shipper before they will release it for delivery..

Cancellation and return of goods

You have the right to cancel an order for goods, which starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel and confirm this in writing, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back.
Cancellation must be made in writing by e-mail to blinkleywoodbears@gmail.com

Refund policy

You will get a refund within 14 days of the goods  being received back with us.  The Refund will be for the cost of goods only, a refund of postage charges will not be made.

A deduction may be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of excessive handling.

It is the responsibility of you, the customer to pay for the cost of postage to return the item(s) purchased in original condition, except in the case of received goods having been faulty

It is in your interest that you return goods via Royal Mail signed for.

Complaints

In the case of any issue or complaint with Products or Services you have received, you are strongly urged to please contact me by e-mail at the earliest opportunity so that we can come to an amicable resolution.
